Hi! My name is Ellen Kowal and I am so excited for another year in Pre-K full of learning, playing, and making friends! I am married and have two kids (one at TJH and one at Tompkins HS) and one cat. We are from Maryland, where I got my bachelors and Masters, and taught 3rd grade and Educational Technology (K-5). We have been living in Texas for over 13 years now where I have taught 3rd grade, Kindergarten, Pre-K, and at a preschool. In my free time I coach high school girls lacrosse (Katy Cavaliers) and enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to getting to know your family and being a part of your child's journey as they grow this year!

Hi! My name is Shannon Sorokoski and I am excited to start another year in PreK. I have been teaching PreK for the last 6 years. I am married and have 3 children. I have a fourth grader at KDE and my two oldest sons are at Tays JH in 6th and 8th grade. My husband and I moved to Katy 15 years ago from Alberta, Canada. I have a bachelor degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alberta. In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family. I look forward to getting to know your child and family and watch them grow throughout the school year!

My name is Kimberly Lambeth and I am the pre-aide for Ms. Kowals class. I live in Katy and have for 24 years. I am married and have 3 children. I've been employed with KISD for 12 years. I started my career at Woodcreek Elementary in the office and then later as a P.E. aide. I transferred to Davidson and have worked in the office, ECSE and this will be my second year in Pre K. I look forward to this new 2023-2024 school year!

My name is Roksana Khodabandeh, and I am the Pre-K aide for Ms. Sorokoski's class.  Everyone calls me Roxy. I have worked at Griffin Elementary for 4 years, and this is my 4th year at Davidson Elementary. I am from Iran and attended in Art university in painting. I have lived in the United States since 2006. I am living with my 2 amazing children. My son will be in 9th grade, my daughter will be in 8th grade. I love drawing, painting, crafting and spending time with my 2 cute dogs. I am very happy and honored to work with KDE family. They always give me love and joy.
