Welcome! My name is Mary Ann Carballo. I am proud to have been a part of KISD for 14 years. This marks my 12th year at Davidson Elementary, where I currently serve as an ESL Paraprofessional, and mainly supporting our kindergarten students.
I’ve been happily married for 34 years to my husband Alexander and have a son Alex, who is my pride and joy.
In my free time I enjoy playing pickleball, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with your children, and I am excited to begin a new year at Davidson. Together, we will make an amazing year!
My name is Lori Davies. I am the Reading Academic Support teacher here at Davidson Elementary.This will be my 18th year in Katy ISD. I have taught at Cimmaron Elementary, Golbow Elementary and I have been at Davidson since 2017. I am a proud Katy ISD graduate. I attended West Memorial Elementary & Junior High and graduated from James E. Taylor High School. My hope is that we instill a love of reading and writing, inspire creative and innovative thinking and create lifelong learners. I am honored to serve our Davidson community. I earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Texas A&M University (whoop!) and a Master of Science degree in Training and Development from the University of Houston. Outside of school, I am a wife and a mom to an amazing daughter. In my free time I love to read, write and spend time with my family.
My name is Shannon Hall and this is my 25th year in education and my 9-year teaching Challenge at KDE. I'm from a small town in Louisiana, so that makes me a country girl. Before moving to Katy, I taught in Alief and Cy-Fair. I have been a Reading Coach, Interventionist, Specialist, and I have taught all elementary grade level. I must say that my favorite job has been teaching Challenge at Davidson. I have been married for 20 years and I have two wonderful daughters.
My name is Crystal Harvey and this is my 18th year in education and my 10th year at Davidson. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi College. During my career, I have taught kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, served as an Academic Support Interventionist and this will be my 4th year as an ESL ISST. My husband I have been married for 23 years and have a 4 year old son, Cohen. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and reading. I am looking forward to a wonderful year working with our Emergent Bilingual families.
Hi! My name is Rhonda Hildebrandt. This will be my 21st year in education and my 6th year at KDE. I am so grateful to be a Dragon and part of the Davidson family. During my career in education, I have taught 1st and 2nd grades. This will be my first year as an ESL ISST and I am excited to begin this new role. I graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and was a probation officer for seven years. I completed an alternative certification program and began my teaching career in 2003. My husband and I will celebrate 27 years of marriage this September. Our daughter Erin recently graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is working as a flight attendant for United Airlines based out of San Francisco. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and my fur babies. I have a small zoo which consists of 3 dogs and 2 cats whom I love dearly. I also enjoy reading and watching TV.
My name is Amanda Ramoz and this is my 14th year teaching. I've had the honor of teaching special education, general education (3rd grade), and ESL. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Edward's University, and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I've been married to my incredible husband, Chris, for 6 years. We have a precious 3 year old son, Ian, and a 6-year-old dog, Roxy. We love traveling, spending time together outdoors and watching our son grow. Teaching has been a passion of mine since I could remember, and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to work with your child.
My name is Karen Stacy. I am an ESL ISST, and I mainly work with first grade ESL students. Supporting our students who are learning a new language (English) is such a wonderful and rewarding experience. This is my 26th year in education. I helped open Davidson Elementary in 2014, and this is my twelfth year working on this campus. I have experience teaching 5th, 2nd, PK, Kinder and our ESL kinder, first, and second graders. I graduated from Texas A&M and have certifications in Elementary Reading, Elementary English, Elementary Self-Contained, Early Childhood (PK-K), and ESL. I have taught in Abilene, Huntsville, and Katy, Texas. My husband, Steve, was my high school sweetheart and we have been married 40 years. We have lived in Katy for 17 years. We have two grown boys, Steven and Austin. We love living and working here in Katy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching movies.
My name is Ashley Trevino and this is my 19th year in education and my 12th year at Davidson Elementary. I graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Victoria, where I continued my education and received my Master of Education in Administration and Supervision. My husband and I have been married for over 20 years, and we live in Fulshear with our amazing kids. My daughter, Addison will be a senior at Fulshear High School and my son, Landon will be a freshman at Tompkins High School. I am looking forward to another amazing year at Davidson!
